Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@saunabuilder.ca with your order number and details.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at contact@saunabuilder.ca

Non-Returnable Items

Customized and made-to-order products are exempt from being returned.
