My husband and I had a great experience with Andrew and his team! We had an absolutely great experience working with Andrew from design/plan to building it out.We are building a new house and he helped take the guess work out of incorporating a Sauna into the plans. Walked us through the design and planning and once it was finalized, seamlessly worked with the builder to schedule and complete the build. His team worked with the builder to get the sauna built and worked through many obstacles to get it done!Can’t wait to start using the sauna once the house is finished.Will update this review once the house is finished and we are able to use it!

I had such a positive experience with Andrew and Saunabuilder.ca.I came across their website while researching the idea of building my own sauna and left a message. He personally contacted me and we set up a virtual consultation. Genuine, sincere, and professional. He talked me through my vision, asked excellent questions, and was honest with his recommendations. It was very comfortable without any pressure. Unfortunately with my current budget I decided to put off the custom build I was hoping for but Andrew was encouraging, offered advice and guidance on how I might consider doing the work myself, and even steered me clear of a few critical design mistakes I would have made without his knowledge and expertise.Rare to see this kind of customer relations now a days.If you are even just considering a sauna don’t hesitate to contact this company! My wife and I had Andrew and his team build us a sauna and cold plunge for our backyard. When I first spoke with Andrew, I was impressed with his knowledge and passion for the work he does. Did my homework, made some calls.Then I met Andrew and his crew.Communication? Top-notch. They’re real, honest, and keep their promises. You can tell Andrew’s all about saunas and really gets his customers.Quality? Super impressed. Their attention to detail is on point, and they’re open to tweaks to make things perfect.Would I vouch for Sauna Builders? For sure. Unless my kid starts building saunas. Love our sauna! It’s like a little piece of heaven in our own house. Andrew and team did such a great job. They were organized tidy and communicated well with us. If you’re looking for a stunning custom Sauna, sauna builder is definitely the way to go.

We were not sure if we wanted to add a sauna in our brand new house. It is in our culture to use one as a place of gathering with family and friends, but I know that in Canada most saunas are just not hot enough. I looked up companies that build custom saunas in Calgary, and SaunaBuilder sounded like the only one that can meet our extremely high expectations of quality and expertise to build it the proper way without having issues down the road. I spoke to Andrew on the phone and confirmed that there is only one way to do it the right way, I just have to pick the size and type of control. Not having to decide or select from a million of options, gave me confidence that it will be just done the way it should be. I also lucked out to fit into Andrew’s schedule last minute due to a cancellation. I was not wrong. Andrew and Dave built my perfect 10 person sauna on time, on budget. The kids loved them because they let them carry scraps to the garage at the end of the day. They treated us like family and their work is a piece of art. Andrew even distributed the light and dark pieces of cedar artistically which makes the walls so beautiful. Andrew also built a custom bench for the adjacent change room that looks better then the original iconic designer bench. And I got him to build a matching shelf for the alcove. Everything Andrew did turned out better than I could imagine. I am impressed and would not let anyone I know build a sauna with any other company!
